Worrying

Two things that struck me when reading the book entitled, "How to Win Over Worry":

1. Never be idle. When you are idle you are subject to destructive thoughts, dangerous impulses, and perilous pressures from without. All of these contribute to anxiety.

2. Live for today. Yesterday is a cashed check that can never be negotiated. Tomorrow is a promissory note that cannot be utilized today. Today is cash in hand. Spend it wisely.
